29th August 2021 A taxpayer can revoke a canceled GST registration up to 30th September 2021 if the last date for cancellation falls between 1st March 2020 and 31st August 2021. The cancellation is effective if the GST registration is revoked in accordance with Section 29(2) clauses (b) and (c) of the CGST Act via CGST notification number 34/2021 dated 29th August 2021. |
28th May 2021 The deadline to file for revocation of cancellation of registration between 15th April 2021 and 29th June 2021 is 30th June 2021. |
1st May 2021 The deadline for taking action, replying or passing orders under Rule 9 of the CGST Rules, 2017 which falls between 1st May 2021 and 31st May 2021 has been extended to 15th June 2021. |
